  • Return Policy

    All sales are final! We do not accept returns or refunds once your order has been shipped. You may ONLY cancel a order within 24 hrs of purchasing. If YOU put the incorrect address you will have to pay a RESHIP fee. The Glam Kamp is not responsible for any Loss packages due to incorrect address, we will not provide a refund for any packages delivered at the incorrect address if that is the address you put during check out.

  • Missing Items/ Broken / Spilled

    We will honor any mistakes made on our end. However, you must submit images as proof for any spills or broken objects. If an item is missing we will send a replacement or in some cases refund the value of the item ( we will decide and discuss on a case by case basis). Email Theglamkamp@gmail.com.

  • Where’s my order?

    Once you’ve placed your order you will receive a tracking number to your email on the order. If you did not use your email please email theglamkamp@gmail.com for your tracking number. ALL PACKAGES ARE ON A 7-15 BUSINESS DAY WAIT FOR PROCESS AND PACKAGING. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND WE ARE A SMALL BUSINESS WITH 2 EMPLOYEES AT THE TIME. THERE MAY BE SLIGHT DELAYS DUE TO HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS.

  • Pre-order Information

    Pre-orders may take up to 15 business days to ship, BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS OR MAJOR HOLIDAYS. Once restocked your order will be prioritized and shipped immediately. Please be aware that we currently have A HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS. We are processing orders as fast as possible.
